The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/ or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
The product is recommended for adults training recreationally as well as professional athletes aiming to increase their muscle mass and under very intense or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
Recommended use: Dissolve one serving of 100 g (2 & 1/2 scoops) in 350 to 400 ml milk or water in a shaker. Shake well and consume. Consume 1 portion daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children. The product may contain: soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
